An English-style I.P.A. brewed with English malt and hops. The English pale ale malt lends a nutty backbone and leaves a sweeter finish. The Willamette and East Kent Holding helps give a mellower bitterness with a more subtle, earthly, herbal hop aroma.

Draft. Dark amber body with a frothy, off-white head, slowly diminishing. Pine and resin aroma with notes of toasted grain and caramel. Very little floral notes, surprising for an English style of iPA. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium to full body, creamy texture and moderate carbonation. A chewy IPA, heavy on the malts with some hop plant residue flavor in the finish along with taste of bitter tea.
