Bottled (750ml!). Hazy orangeish golden colour with a big white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some caramel, grass and big time floral and nutty notes. Flavour is mild toasted malts, some caramel as well as fruity and floral notes with a fresh floral and herbal aftertaste sticking for a while.

Bottle from JV Wine & Spirits in Napa, CA. Pours golden orange with a smear of white head. Aroma of mild roast caramel with some light hop. Full bodied with frothy carbonation. Flavor is caramel with some mild spice. It’s more sweet than not. There’s a touch of heat. Strong and flavorful. Not your standard malt liquor.

Bottle thanks to blutt59. Pours with a hazy golden body and a fading white head. Aroma of dark fruits, toast and caramel. Super sweet mouthfeel with alcohol and grapes. Light bubbles and a dry finish.

Soft golden colour. Cheesy, grainy nose. Sweetish flavour is slightly cheesy and peanutty. I was definitely expecting something a little bit more...palatable.

750ml bottle. Honey sweet to the point of being cloying. Golden body with big-bubbled, white head that diminishes. The aroma presents honeycomb, alcohol, spice and caramel. The flavor is heavily sweet and lightly bitter, especially in the finish. Tastes of honey, caramel and some biscuit/grass lager/pilsner notes underneath. Medium body with slightly sticky texture. Somewhat hot alcohol finish. Way too sweet.

Bottle Pours out a gold topped with a white head. A nice aroma of sweetness. Tast more of the sweetness. This brew was much better than i thought it was going to be. thanks Jordan

Bottle: Pours a bright golden color that maintains a large white head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. Flavor is fruity, sweet, and grassey. Not as much carbonation for an imperial pilsener as I had expected. Smooth and calm. Thanks Jordan.

Courtesy of kp. Pours a clear gold with white head. The aroma is sweet malts and some sweet wheat malts. The taste is the same sweet malts and sweet wheat malts noticed in the nose plus the addition of some nice fresh hop spice and floral noble hops that are on par with the malts creating some nice balance. It ends somewhat hoppy in flavor mixed with the sweet malts. It is fresher and more balanced than the DFH version. I liked it. It would be great on a hot Tampa day.

Bottle. Amber beer with a low off-white head. Low malty, grassy aroma. Sweet malt flavor with honey and floral tones and a bit of spice underneath. Lingering honey/malt sweetness. Medium body. Light carbonation (barely a pop when the bottle was opened). Better with food.
