The only thing that gives away this cider is made by Sorre is the printed logo on the cage that keeps the cork in place. Together with galettes au brie & jambon. Orange in the bolée, some bubbles. Sweet red apples, some old yellow apples, woody, barnyard doorplank, apricot, reindeer moss. Moderate sweet and bitter, light apple tart. Strong dry mouthfeel. Tannins. Nice.
