Alte Apfelsorten von den Streuobstwiesen aus dem Vogelschutzgebiet des Albvorlandes. Dazu den Saft von schwarzen Johannisbeeren aus Hattenhofen. Mit feinperliger Kohlensäure angereichert entsteht in unserer Manufaktur dieser erfrischende und zugleich leichte Apfelweincocktail. Vom Preis jeder Flasche gehen 50 Cent als Spende an die Stiftung für den Vogelschutz in Streuobstwiesen des Albvorlandes.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Deep purple with short lasting purple head. Cassis, cola, light sour apples, berry skins, tart cherries, light earthy. Quite sweet and sour, almost medium bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. More like fruit juice than cider, but not in an artificial way. Pretty enjoyable for what it is

Bottle shared at home. Deep red with some fizz. Tastes like cassis, sweetened kriek, some sour berries as well. Some elderflower. Very very sweet with quite strong tart and medium sour edges. Some toasted marshmallow. Medium body and soft fizzy carbonation. Lots and lots of sweet red berry fruit and little apple cider. --- Beer merged from original tick of Craft Cider Apfel Kir on 12 Jul 2019 at 01:08 - Score: 6

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Pours clear reddish colour. Aroma of sweet apples blackcurrant. Taste of blackcurrant, sweet apples and some vanilla.

Spritziger, süß-säuerlicher Beginn, der deutlich von Johannisbeeren dominiert wird. Diese stören zum Mittelteil sogar eher da Apfelnoten kaum erkennbar sind, die starke Fruchtigkeit erschlägt einen fast. Minimale Karbonisierung, erfrischend. 9/9/7/8//8

Nice cassis-nose. Fresh and smooth beginning, quite sweetish cassis beginning with fruity dry apples in the background. The aftertaste is sweetish fruity, lots of cassis, tart and sourish with sweetish hints. Nice an fruity-fresh combination.
