What happens when you take an IPA recipe and ferment it with a lager yeast strain? We left out the dry hopping to let the lager yeast share the spotlight. Smooth, clean, mild bitterness and a touch of hop aroma. We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed brewing it.

Lata 33 cl en el Grifo León 22..10..2017. (r02). Lote 17-018. Fcpref 01-02-2018. Color amarillento tostado turbio con bastante espuma blanca persistente. Sabores frescos herbáceos con con toques de levaduras lager no muy intensos. Cereales, Suaves amargos finales herbaceos. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo espumoso fácil de beber. Original toque lager con más menos amargo final ipa. Buena.

Orangish color, White head with good retention, some lacing. Hoppy aroma with orange peel notes. Flavor with a mild bitterness, some bready hints. MIld bitterness in the final, orange on palate. Dry mouthfeel.
