Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 24A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unknown (BBF 06/05/2017). AROMA: predominant medium chamomile aroma with faint orange notes. low malt background with a slight sweetness. APPEARANCE: straw color and slightly hazy. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with chamomile notes overpowering the rest. faint orange with a faint malt honey-like background. low bitterness with a semi-dry finish. PALATE: medium-light body with medium-low to low carbonation. no astringency. OVERALL: a witbier with overpowering chamomile notes, resulting in an unbalanced witbier.

330ml bottle bought at Malatesta, Alicante. Spotty lacing from a filmy layer. Pale yellow in body colour, misty. Modest smell of ripe lemon and petrol. Sweet fruity taste, hints of lemon and pineapple, backed by wheat. Sweet wheat fruity ending. Tame on the swallow. Accepted, far from great though (hotel room 10.06.2016).
