Bottle from Beer Sapiens, Murcia. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich caramel, hops, fruits, flowers, malt and has a nice sweet caramel finish.

Bottle from Beer Sapiens, Murcia. Clear red brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, rye and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 170224

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma is floral, some wooden, nectary and mild rye tones. Flavour is nectar, some floral, wooden and mild herbal tones. Somewhat bitter.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear copper colour, small head. Peppery bready grapefruit aroma. Mid dry with solid body and rounded, firm mouthfeel. Peppery dark bread, grapefruit and pears. Really bitter finish.

[ As Yakka Serious Rye IPA ].
ABV: 7.1%. Light cloudy - hazy medium amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, rye, moderate hoppy, pine, spruce, citrus, phenol. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, rye, pine, fruity hops, pine - citrus - spruce. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20230128]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, and citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish.
