In the farmhouses of Wallonia, southern Beligum, each farmhouse used to brew their own for the harvest time. These beers were very refreshing and fruity and spicy flavours were predominnat as porduct of wild yeast. We wanted to recover this traditional essence adding our personal touch.
Valoniako baserrietan, Belgikako hegoaldean,baserri bakoitzak bere garagardoa ekoizten zuen uzta garagairako. Garagardo hauek 0so freskagarriak izateaz gain, legami basatiek sortutako fruitu eta espezie zaporeak zituzten bereizgarri. Arima hori berreskuratu izan nahi dugu gure ikuttuarekin batera.
En las granjas valonas, al sur de Bélgica, cada granja elaboraba su propia cerveza para la época de la cosecha. Eran cervezas muy refrescantes y con sabores especiados y afrutados producto de las levaduras salvajes. Nosotros hemos querido rescatar esa esencia, aportandole nuestro toque personal.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a dense, lacing, white head. Lovely, yeasty, funky fruity aroma - really enticing. Medium body, again fruity, but now also getting some rather nasty phenols making a bit of a chemistry experiment. Rough, bitter finish. The aroma promised a whole lot more than the beer could deliver. 081117

Caña en el SBF Asturias en Gijón 31..08..2017. (r08). Color amarillento velado con espuma blanca persistente fina. Frescos herbáceos y ligeros citricos. Cuerpo ligero espumoso. No está mal refrescante.

Bottled. A golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, straw, and flowers, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle@Jespers - Golden pour with puffy white head. Fruity and grassy hoppy with some notes of wheat, straw, some malt, yeasty, floral and light herbal hoppy into the finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is mild fruity, slight citrusy. Mellow, peachy and slight grassy. Bitetr and smooth fruity finish.

0,2l from tap at Penguin Bar, Bilbao. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells flowery, light caramel, sweet herbal, nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes flowery, herbal, light sweetness, peppermint like quality, hints of leather, bit grassy. finishes lightly sweet with notes of flowers, herbs and mint. I rather like this one, bit overly complex, but drinks quite good.

Golden color, White head with good retention. Aroma has notes of yeast and barnyard. Flavor is quite similar as aroma with some floral hints. Good carbonation and yeasty mouthfeel.
