Bottle@Jens Ratebeer down tasting (11/02/2019) - black pour with a tan head. Dark roasted and sweet malty with notes of chocolate and caramel and toffee, some fudge, toffee, medium full body, dark malty finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours pitch black. Small brown head. Aroma is roasted malty. Bitter, dark roasted. Bitter and slight herbal. Thick malty, roasted and bitter finish.

Bottled. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, alcohol, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, alcohol, chocolate, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8

Black, light beige, medium lasting, nice lacing. Aroma is strong coffee beams with a good presence of roasted malts. Flavor is roasty, coffee, chocolate and some burnt wood. Coffee and roasty final with smooth mouthfeel.
