Bottle in Tel Aviv, July 2013. Hazy dark orange with a medium white head. Very sweet with toffee, dried fruit, malt and some yeast. I did not finish the bottle.

[Thanks to tomer]. Bottled. brown colour with an off-white head with minimal duration. Aroma is caramel, toasty and light yeasty. Flavor has caramel notes, bready, plumbacke and cookies, yeast. The final has a light bitterness with a good compansated and light sweetness.

On tap at Stern Bar, Tel-Aviv. Tannish-amber with some haze. Thick white head. The aroma is quite yeasty, a little bit perfumey and with a slight pear ester. Spicy-hoppy accent with somewhat candyish malts. Perhaps a bit green and unrefined, but good to see Pavo trying this type of beer, as few Israeli brewers are.

Draught at Shtern1. Clear amber. Aroma of caramel, fruits, yeast, a bit of hops and some candy-ish malt. Sweetish flavor with malt, caramel, a bit of fruits and a finish with some hops and a bit of grapefruit. Medium-bodied.
