Color amarillo claro, turbia, un color bastante atractivo, lástima que no venga acompañado de una buena corona de espuma, que en este caso es blanca no muy abundante y de retención media-baja. En nariz emana aromas a trigo, levadura, especias, cáscara de plátano y un sutil pero persistente aroma a humo. En boca es fina, algo floral y cítrica, con buena presencia de cereales pan, levadura y ese toquecito ahumado de fondo tan delicioso. Muy rica cerveza

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear pale yellow, small head. Grassy nose with some mild charcuterie smoke. Dry with light body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Crisp bread, grass and mild smoke. Fairly low bitterness. Subtle, but drinkable and pleasant.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pale yellow colour,small white head. Aroma is smoked wet wood, mild herbs, grass, some bready tones with mild grains too. Flavour is smoked, some floral, herbal, mild grassy and grainy tones. Smoothly smoked, but could do with a wee bit more.

ABV: 4.5%. Cloudy - hazy medium to light yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, smoke, light yeasty, fruity yeast - saison yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, yeast, wheat, smoke, minerals, fruity yeast - saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230303]

330ml bottle bought at the Beer Shop in Alfaz. Warm golden body, clear. Clingy lacing from a covering white head. Moderate smell of lemony hops, mid-dry. Saison fruity flavours on a backbone of smoked malts. Ends fruity. Soft in the mouth. Refreshing thirst quencher. (Hotel room, El Albir 30.03.2019).

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and flowers, leading to a bitter finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is smoked and carmelish. Smoked and breadish. Bitter and roasted. Smoked dry finish.

Hazy golden coour with a frothy white head with medium duration. Aroma has notes of light malty with smoky notes. Flavor is smoked ham with light sweet hints. Smoky final with medium duration. A decent smoked to be a style a bit unusual in Spanish craft beer panorama.
