On tap at the brewery. Pours sickly pale. Sweet, apricot, elderflower, touch of acidity. Quite thin. Quite crisp. Fine.

Can. A hazy light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw, but also a light skunkyness. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and what I thought was brewing cereal, but its apparantly not, and a light acidity from the wheat malt. Thanks to Papsoe for supplying this.

From can, 1A Papsoes New Zealand vs US blind tasting. Pours slight hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Light citrusy fruity aroma, winegrapes aroma. Flavour is light citrusy and mild peachy with a light sweetness. Light spiced note. Mild fruity and light bitterness into the finish.

(On tap) Clear, pale golden with a small, white head. Very perfumy aroma but not in an unpleasant way. Medium body with notes of someting mostly reminding me of dry white wine with a vague, fruity sweetness. The finish is dry with a subdued bitterness. A decent Wheat. 090208 (Can 44 cl) Pours a clear, pale golden with a small, white head. Lightly tart, white wineish aroma. Light in body with fruity grape notes and a small whiff of yeast. Rather dry and somewhat astringent, bitter finish. Very drinkable and quenching for a style that rarely gives you the most overwhelming experiences. 5/2/5/2/10= 2.4 150208
