Draught at Village: pours light gold with white head. Aroma is lightly funky, some muddy earth. Taste is mellow, not really sour, earthy, but not super tangy.

5.3% keg version at BrewDog Aberdeen. It pours clear golden wjth a medium white head. The aroma is sweet - sour, tangy fruits, apple, pear, grassy, hay, funk, cracker, sherbet and bread. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, musty, funky, barnyard, hay, straw, sherbet, dirty old basement, citric tang, apple skin, old mouldy pear, white wine and some cracker with a dry, funky finish. Lighter end of medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Nice depth of flavour. Interesting and nuanced. Fun stuff.

Bottle thanks to Pudd. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, earth, floral, citrus. Medium body, nice tartness, similar flavors to nose, light dry finish, very good.
