Final Entropy is a crisp, hoppy, drinkable beer brewed with Trinity aquifer water, TexMalt Llano Pilsner, Weyermann Munich malt, and Organic Perle and Fuggle hops from The Oregon Hophouse. It's fermented in stainless steel with our house culture of brewers yeast and native yeast. Naturally conditioned in kegs and 750ml bottles.

Bottle. Cloudy golden. Fruity something, too much flower and perfume for me. Bitter, front heavy, edgy. A bit funky. Not sure I like this. But the bottle looks nice.

Bottle picked up from Beer Republic webshop Berkel-Enschot Netherlands, had this in the company of Jonas, Ursula and Marko Saturday 8th February 2025 at home, Manglham cooking Lasagna later and listening to ByteFM. Loz has made three different types of bread and a Gooseberry Crumble Cake. Pours hazy, dirty yellow with a white head. Hoppy, funky and distinctly yeasty. Nice mouthfeel, actually forgot to say this wasn't a gusher but it was a little bit excitable. Very drying in the mouth, actually quite soft also, nice carbonation

0.75l bottle at the Saturday F&L tasting. Thx! Hazy golden body, off-white head. Fruity aroma, bit wild, dusty, apple compote touches, lightly herbal. Lean, dry taste, bit appley, citric, dusty, ends a bit too dry, tasty, but kinda not calling for more. Solid.

Cloudy golden, offwhite Head. Light dusty mineral start, medium light mellow dry body, flowery, citric, light berry, light copper, perfumed notes, fresh complexity. Flowers retronasal.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours an opaque filthy orange yellow with a small white head. Aroma is bungled, with lots of filthy yeast, muddled hops, and earthiness — this smells poor. Flavour is muffled, with lots of obscured earthiness and stale hops. Muffled, earthy and uncoordinated. Very poor.

FHF 2024. Appearance: murky peachy straw with a white head. Aroma: like a black tea with fruits and hops. Taste: a lot of yeasts and hops, very dry. Overall: weird one.

Bottle pour only option at Jester King. 4.5% Juicy, uniform, hazy, frothy, medium gold pour at the source. Honey, herbal bitter nose. Bittersweet, earthy, apple pith, slight melon, lemon acid, slight aspirin, floury-dusty finish. Really great.
