Bach Brewing Sparkling Cream Ale 5% Bottle from Taniguchi. Clear gold with a fizzy white head that was gone in a flash. Apparently, his golden brew is made with honey. A smooth bready lemon bun and honey aroma. Light bodied and dry. This is a crisp bready lemony cream ale. I am curious to see how the Pilsner stacks up.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 5.5
On tap at Brewers Cooperative. Aroma is bitter hops, a little sweet honey and a touch of acidity. Flavour is quite creamy up front, with the sweet honey making a brief appearance and an acidic vegetal finish. Full and thick in the mouth. Not great.
