pitch dark, small light brown head. aroma is chocolate, toffee, lots of chocolate, malts. flavor is chocolate, chocolate and chocolate, and beer. Flavor is better than most chocolate stouts, true to the chocolate.

Bottled. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle@Jespers - Black pour with thin brown head. Roasted and sweet malty with notes of chocolate and caramel, some toffee accents, medium body, milky mouthfeel and body, accents of vanilla into the close.

50 cl bottle. Pours dark brown to black. Small brown head. Aroma is roasted dark malty. Vanilla. Toasted malt. Lingering dark malty. Bitter and roasted. Dry and roasted finish.

On tap at the Lumsden. Pours black. Chocolate, cherry, coffee, cream, more chocolate. Nice roasty bitterness along with all that sweet chocolate. A success.
