Blow your socks off with this full bodied cider. Wild ferment in regular vats and matured a beautiful old Islay barrel. Semi wild, semi brett fermented from one single variety of apples.

International Cider Festival 2019. Tap. Hazy pale straw, bubbles. Dry and mild sour goudrenet apple, woody, tannins, hints of mainly oak, some whisky. Medium sweet, mild sour, moderate bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.
