330ml bottle from Ciderwinkel. Pale golden yellow colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of elderflower, fleshy apple. Taste is tart, apple, woody, flowery, elderflower, musky, citric, drying. Light bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, dry tart floral citric finish. Quite drinkable

International Cider Festival 2019. Bottle pour. Hazy golden with white head. Very dry apple, light sour, moderate bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Quite dry, not a lot aroma left.
