Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus and cherry. Taste is light sweet and heavy sour with a long dry, tart, citrus and cherry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Mikkeller, Odense. Thanks Bo. Pours hazy deep Golden reddish with a small White head. Tart and oaky. Cherries and Wood lingering. Tart and dry.

On tap at As Is. Pours hazy pinkish orange. Cherry, lemon, sharp lemon juice, fruity orange and red fruit, very sharp. Medium body. Decent.

Tap at Springdale Barrel Room, Framingham. Colour is slightly cloudy red with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Berries, red berries, cherries, some spices, dryness and sourness.

500 ml purchased at Julio's Liquors. Clear in color Amber appearance. Fizzy carbonation. Aroma is oak, cherry skins, light vinegar. Thankfully the flavor doesn't display a ton of vinegar. The typical flavors are here, cherries pie filling, oak, and subtle tartness. Considering I hate this style, it was decent. Most likely because it is not aggressive.

On draught at Novare Res during the "Beer Meets Wood Pre-ThrowDown" on 09/22/2017. The beer is a clear dark reddish-amber color with a thin white head that dissipates steadily to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of tart cherry, oak, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of cherry, oaky vanilla, yeast, malt and a bit of spice. The finish is tart and oaky with a cherry aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

4 oz pour on draft at Springdale. Clear reddish pink with off-white head. Aromas of cherries, funk, oak. Tastes of cherries, light vanilla, spices, light tartness. Light body with a dry finish. Really enjoyed this one.
