Sample at Himmeriget during MBCC2019 weekend, Copenhagen. Colour is clear reddish dark orange with almost no head. Aromas and flavours: Strawberries, some wheat and malts. Horrible.

Can. A pink beer with no head. The aroma has notes of blueberries, lacto, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of blueberries, wheat, lemons, and lacto, leading to a tart finish.

[ As Interboro / Root + Branch Fluff N' Stuff - BLUEBERRIES, LEMONS & MARSHMALLOW ].
ABV: 5.5%. Clear medium to light red to amber colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, blueberry, lemon, marshmallow, cream - vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet blueberry, lemon, cream - vanilla, thin, custard, light marshmallow. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20191110]

On tap at Tørst. Pours rosé pink. Blueberry, sweet, lemon, strong berry, little too much sweet creaminess to manage the balance in the aroma but the flavour is better. Medium body. Fine.

[5/8/2019] Draught at Himmeriget in Copenhagen. Reddish golden. Berries, marshmallow, yogurt, sweetish and mildly sourish, quite light-bodied.

Can @ Himmeriget 9.5.2019. Poured almost red in color. Raspberries, blueberries and sourness, turned more sweeter towards finish. Blueberry wibes. Not really for me.

Draft at As Is, 5/3/19. Mostly clear reddish color. Beige head. Clean and fruity, a little sweet, light tart. Citrus notes. Light, easy drinking. Good, not special. 7/4/7/4/14

Can shared@Himmeriget, Copenhagen 11/05/2019 - dark amber red pour with a off white head. Tart fruity with some nice sour notes in play, notes of blueberry, some light sweet vanilla in balance, medium to light body, lingering tart blueberry finish.
