Tip Tap draught, 3/11/23. Light blonde, with perhaps a tinge of strawberry. Lightly hazy, small, wispy, off-white head. Nose shows plentiful chalky mineral, grapeskin and a healthy balance of brett and lacto with no acetic character. Low oak, well-macerated grape juice, clean, with biscuity malts and no alcohol. Soft, lightly juicy, lots of chalk and grapeskin with a lingering merlot-like juiciness. Very dry, soft, neutral tannin with biscuity, well-attenuated malts. Clean, no alcohol, good acid balance and not overdone on the grapes.

On tap at Arts & Crafts Amsterdam Ave. Pours bright purple red. Blackcurrant, redcurrant, sour cherry, full fruity red wine, good tartness. Good body. Excellent.
