ABV: 7.8%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, open and frothy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is caramel, wood, candy - honey, wheat - buckwheat, sweet malt - light chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, candy - honey, wheat - buckwheat, caramel - sweet malt, yeast, wood, odd sour - tart. Not really my kind of beer ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200208]
