Bohemian pilsner hopped with Saaz, clear pale color, and has a cloud like head. Aroma is clean with rich sense of malt and spice. Flavor follows the nose with a light-to-medium hop presence. The finish is crisp and clean!

A little lime, but can’t detect much saaz here. Pours golden clear without much head. Mostly crisp finish, though not as much as the best Czech pils are. A bit of a faint but odd pez-candy like aroma in the background. Tap at Herndon location.

Can thanks to Levi! Pours a clear yellow with a gold hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a combination of grass and straw with some hay and a hint of bread underlying. Flavor has straw up front with light grass, a decent amount of hay and just a bit of grain backing.

Mostly clear, very nice peach tinted, copper and orange coloured body, with a thin, faint tan head, barely covering the top. Aroma of very fresh-cut grass, hay, herbs, lemons, grapefruit with some pungent yeast and bready notes as well, but fairly mild in the nose, but what is there, is nice! Light-bodied; Very grassy and herbal hop and malt flavours arrive first with a nice, crisp dryness that fades to some herbal and perfumey notes, mainly from the low alpha acid hops, with a light dose of sweetness near the end that seemingly comes from the citrus or stone fruits. Aftertaste shows a distinct crisp flavour, perhaps the lager yeasts are at play here, but a fairly easy-drinking beer, atop a good deal of flavours, especially for the style. Overall, a very nice, crisp, elegant, dry and herbal beer, with good accents from the yeast and from fruits, which give this a nice complexity throughout and low alcohol, too - nice! Great to sample this one locally and fresh! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 19-January-2021 for US$2,99 sampled at my house here in Washington, a few blocks away on 29-January-2021, just ten days later.

Can from the brewery: pours clear gold with white head. Aroma is lemony with a hint of herb. Light bodied, not too sweet, distinct taste. It is not really what I would have expected from a Czech pils.
