Brewery draught, 8/16/25.
Very cloudy blueberry skin with a pinkish head.
Beautiful, expressive, authentic fruit with wheat and soft cultures. Mildly tart with no lactose or cheap sugar. Juicy.
But it doesn't prepare you for the deep, soft, rich, juicy flavor that keeps this series at the forefront of fruited kettle sours. No lactose character, no punchy lactic acid or sugariness. Just rich fruit, wheat, malt and a hint of spicy hop. Wonderful as usual.

8 oz. pour on tap at the brewery. Cloudy, blueberry purple, light sparkle, ring of head, no lacing. Aroma is strong tart fruit (green apple quality) and blueberry. Taste is strong blueberry over milder tart fruit. Smooth , frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Mildly tart but blueberries shine!

Can, courtesy of Michael, thanks for the trade. Pours deep purple blueberry colour. Blueberry, soft tangerine, light tartness, gorgeous sweet blueberry juiciness. Good body. Excellent.
