Balanced, toasty English ale perfect for pairing with breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert. Full of smooth malty flavor, less filling, all day drinking-appropriate.

Tap at the brewery in Brooklyn. A hazed chestnut brown coloured pour with a lasting beige cap. Aroma is chestnut, toasted malts, twig, woodland walk, faint roasted. Flavour is composed of, nutty toasted malts, some fruit malt load, raisin, faint roast, too cold,. Palate is thin, chalky, thin, highish carbonation. Too dry. Needs to be on cask really.

Cask drat at shaker pint at the Blind Tiger Ale House in New York, New York. The pour is a murky brown with basically no head. The aroma is soft caramel and crystal malt along with some faint grass. The taste is soft malt character along with a touch fruit sweet, and finishes clean with grass. The palate is medium to light bodied with an unfiltered mouth feel and a close to flat cask, and the clean finish. Nice Mild.
