Can from Valley Beverage, Sherman Oaks. Hazy, orange-red, thin head fading to ring, light viscosity, no sparkle or lacing. Aroma is strong tart fruit, blueberry, prickly pear, late oak, all in good balance. Taste is strong sweet/tart blueberry over sweeter prickly pear, background oak. Smooth texture, medium body, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Not my favorite style, by a long shot, but enjoyable and clearly well made. Too bad there wasn't a place for these folks in the beer universe.

Aroma of sharp oak and funky berries. The prickly pear and blueberry are present here with some mild pucker in the finish. Fruit is pretty well present. Oak is soft with mild pucker in the glands. Old school sour.
