Tap at Kaapse 5Y Anniversary, happy birthday! Hazy brown with thin ring head. Sour grain, bread, grapes, rusty, acidic. Strong rusty sourness. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Tap at Kaapse festival. Hazy reddish brown with small beige head. Dry old wood, red currants, oxidized raspberries, soft balsamico, dry earthy leaves. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Solid medium bodied and medium dry.
