A beautiful holiday nostalgia inspired IPA, brewed with barley, wheat, and a good bit of crystal malt, then hopped with sacks of Cascade and Chinook. Notes of simpler times, citrus/pine dialectics, sassy Twizzlers, strawberry cannabis, classic Chinook pajama parties and wildflower honey.

16 ounce can from brewery. Amber orange pour. Large frothy bone colored head. Great lacing. Spicy toasted malt aroma. Resilient, bittersweet hoppy flavor. Notes of grapefruit and citrus peel. Some pine as well. Dry, bitter finish. Very reminiscent of a certain holiday fresh hop IPA that comes from Chico, CA.

Ya know... I see what you did there. Merriment? Didn't get past me. 16oz can from the pub location pours a mostly clear burnt orange brown with a nice cap of lacey white head. Nose has biscuit and cracker and malt, plenty of soap and clear C hops. Flavor is very soapy, pine, citrus rind. The malt base is nice, black tea, dark brown bread. Big soapy, bitter bite on the end. Merriment huh? A nice take on Celebration is more like it.

Can from the Newspace: pours light copper with a white head. Aroma is pine, lemon, maltiness. Taste has a nice lemon juiciness, strong vibrant pine. Not too bitter. Pleasant.
