Pours deep red. It smells of tart cherries and funk. The flavor is more than “slightly” tart (as the bottle says) to me, but it’s not puckeringly so. It’s funky and tart with plenty of cherries. Very tasty.

2021 bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a deep amber to burgundy color with a small beige head that dissipates. Big cherry-focused nose with light balsamic aromas. Palate shows more of the same with cherry that really pops as it warms. Nice Flanders influenced sour.

Bomber from Woodman's Oak Creek, 10/17/20. Clear dark and vibrant red, thin fizzy head, poor retention. Aroma of funk, pepper, tart cherry. Taste is funk, pepper, tart cherry, lemon. Medium bodied, lingering tartness. Nice.
