A lovely MOFGA certified organic beer that has a nose of lime but it is subtle on the pallet with a beautiful fermentation character. The lime basil was grown at Tarbox Farm.

Draft at the Kings Head. Cloudy golden, sparse head. Lime and basil split the aroma, citrusy, herbal. Basil steers the taste, savory notes working well with the farmhouse yeast.

On tap at the brewery. Pours gold. Citrus, herbal, soft juicy tangerine, clean herbal finish. Medium body. Good.
