Our Big Island saison is brewed with all Maine ingredients and a classic french saison yeast. This beer is brewed with our farm grown ginger and lime basil. Our “Bubba Blue” ginger seed was aquired from Biker Dude Organics out of Hawaii and grown out at our farm on Westport Island. From one island to another we are grateful to pass it along.

On tap at the brewery. Pours gold. Ginger, herbal, soft ginger, citrus, subtle saison spice. Medium body. Really nice.
