Keg at Beer Run, NYC, 12/04/23. Hazed orange with an off white cap that retains well. Nose is lemon rind, light farmyard strokes, grass, herb, modest yeast peppering. Taste comprises mellow funk, barnyard, lemon, hedgerow, twist of yeast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent saison.

Tap at beer run ny. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet, mellow funk, brett, grass, melon grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, semi sweet, nice bretty funk, pineapple, orange rind,, light chalk. Palate is semi sweet, fine carbonation, light tart nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours hazy light yellow. Honey, lemon, tangerine, juicy, touch of brett funk. Medium body. Good.

Mini-crowler purchased at the brewery: pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is very nice yeasty farmhouse smell. Taste is mellow and yeasty. Low bitterness. Kind of sweaty and earthy. Solid.

Draught @ Beer Run. Faintly cloudy rich golden yellow with small frothy whitish head, faintly acidic earthy aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter earthy taste with faint honey flavor, smooth thin body, long finish. Well done.
