Pale straw blond colour with thin wispy head. Aroma and flavour have a fruity bitter mix with sweeter elements of pineapple and some nice grapefruit peel bitterness.

Rocky white head stayed on a hazy pale gold body. Pine, citrus & big hoppy aroma. Medium bodied, nicely carbonated with a clean back. Mango, citrus, pine & confectionery tastes with a hopped up fresh clean finish. Very nice

Can from Jeff, thanks for the hookup! Lightly hazy lemon yellow with a thin white head that shows moderate retention. Lemony citrus with bits of orange and pith. Light bready malt somewhat mineral water thin. Clean but needs body imho.

Can on 1st December 2020 - received as gift in B52 Advent Calendar:Day 1. Pours hazy yellowy amber with disappearing off-white foam. Zesty, hoppy citrus aroma. Tangy burst of tropical and citrus fruits in-mouth with just a hint of savoury nuttiness. A lasting finish of apricot and passion fruit. Full bodied with a zingy mouthfeel. Absolutely exquisite.

Pours hazy gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma of orange, clementine, pomelo. Taste has dry malt base with grapefruit notes that coat the mouth. Palate has slight resin notes, pervasive citrus elements and tropical fruits on the tongue and nose. Really good.

Super hazy, deep orange coloured body with a slightly lighter straw glow with some gold coming through, with a very fast-dying tan head. Aroma of grass, hay, citrus, flowers and a touch of both alcohol and malt. Medium-bodied; Deep, assertive and bitter hop flavours dominate with a grassy and peppery bite and a very dry malt flavour that almost hits like a saison and leaves a perfumey and floral profile with the deeper hop bitterness as well as some noticeable alcohol at the end. Aftertaste is fairly clean with the dry and vry grassy hops hitting hardest, but also showing a smooth malt body and dryness with a tiny bit of citrus flavours showing at the finale, but not as much as I expected from a pure citra-based IPA. Overall, a decent enough hazy New England IPA with some dry and grassy notes and relatively straight forward, but not great and not purely citrus-flavoured as I expected. Nice to try fresh, but not worth going out, trying to find this one! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Department of Beer in Alexandria, Virginia on 04-September-2020 for US$3,59 sampled at my house here in Washington on 09-September-2020.

473ml can. Sweet, grapefruity and citrusy with some pine and stuffy hoppiness. Not super fresh.
