Bottle from the Wee Vault. Appearance - murky orange. Thin off white head. Nose - green apple and pecan with a nuance of maple. Generally smells like a pastry. Taste - fresh, green apple up front with pecan following it in. Palate - medium bodied, tart middle and finish. Overall - good though maple a little bit faint.

Hazy yellow, white head. Sweet appley smell, pecans there as well. Fairly light body, drying in the mouth. Taste is a bit weird. Tart and bright apple at first, followed by a cart load of dry pecan, maple giving some subtle sweetness. Tasty, but too pecan

Pours a muddy, unclear yellowblonde. Medium small white head. Scent is milder apple, lactic sourness, Simple. Taste is tart (lactic) , apple, maple. Some 'roasty' character by the pecans, but I don't really get a nutty taste from them ( I never really do ) . Decent, but the base seems very simple.

Bottle at home by the fire, Christmas Day 2020. Pours a thick orange haze. Aroma is maple and pecans, slight apple skin. Taste is sweet and tart, apple and apple skin and puréed apple, musty earthy maple, and the pecans are evident. Excellent and innovative beer, all the elements and flavours are integrated and yet still very identifiable in the beer.

27/11/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers! Pours cloudy dark yellow with a small creamy white head. Aroma of apple pie, vanilla custard, caramel, touch of maple syrup. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Nice tart, citric acidity to finish to complement the sweetness. Enjoyed this.
