Long cold fermentation and maturation with specially selected yeast is essential to achieve its fully rounded flavour, dry hopped to give a passion fruit flavour.

Keg @ Grey Trees National Tap, Aberdare. Clear gold appearance, well-appointed white head. After being told the Grey Trees Valley Cider was a re-badged cider from a large cider producer, I kind of expected this Valley Pilsner to be a re-badged pils. Didn't ask, though I wish I had. It tastes clean, crisp with an appealing sweetness. Very well presented. Hard to really form a solid opinion with the lingering doubt this is made elsewhere. Scored objectively.
