Tap at Zil verne. Thin body, rather low carbonation. Moderate tartness, but pleasant soft one. Rather low actual sourness, nowhere near as sour as I expected. Low sweetness. Moderate barnyard wild character, but more on the woody tannin side. Med-high grapes, nice dry red winish character. Interesting wine-beer crossover. Overall very good, easy drinking.

On tap pours out red topped with a small ring of a head. Nose is tart berries some grape funky cheese barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice berries grape mix and plenty tart pucker notes.

Bottled 750ml. -at Goblet Zagreb, shared with hrabren. Purple coloured, small off-white head that went away within two seconds, cherry and whiff of grapes in the nose. Tart cherries, red grapes, some berries and notes of wood with rather dry finish.

0.75 l bottle shared with Ogi at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Dark ruby red to purple, small head. Cherry aroma, a touch of oak, soft funky aromas, glue. Vinous, soft acidity, red grapes. Medium body, moderate sourness. Tannic, oaky. Nice red grapes, slightly one-sided. Dry finish.

Looks exactly like a red wine. Aroma has funk and red wine. Tastes similar with juicy forest fruit berties too.

On tap at Mikkeller at Morebeer, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of musty red grape skins, red wine barrels, oak, and gentle funk. Love the red grape character here, melding well with the oak and funk. Lovely.

Draft at Mikkeller Baghaven. Poured a hazy purple colour with lots of bubbles. The aroma is yeasty and vinous. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, dry oaky, yeasty, acidic, vinous, grape skin palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Lots of tannins.
