Attention! Not a formal style, really.

It’s sometimes quite hard to decide what to brew, especially when you appreciate different styles. Eventually, you figure out that you can actually take the best of both worlds.

The fruity hop from a properly-brewed IPA, together with a complex malt and yeast profile from a high temperature top-fermented, creates the most authentic Belgian IPA beer. With the ABV stuck in the middle, it provides enough nose for all the hops and ingredients to come out. For instance, rye addition makes it a little more spiced, developing a character with depth. Next in the line is the fresh grapefruit peel, which gives this beer a zingy mouthfeel building upon its freshness. This Belgian IPA has aging properties that can fluctuate from Belgian to American IPA style at any time. A complex beer with impressive aging features going from American to Belgian style in time.

This beer pairs wonderfully with dishes high in aromas such as BBQ or Asian foods.
