Bottle purchased at Appels en Peren Amsterdam shared at home. Uncorked with a loud pop and myst rolling out the bottle, beautiful. Clear orange golden with short lived head. Rich sweet apples, parmesan, chorizo, moss, tree bark, dry tannins, apple stems. Very juicy and sparkly fizzy on the tongue, but with an excellent sharp dry bitter and light sour finish. Very nice stuff.

Bottle @ Breizh Cafe. Clear golden hued pour with a white head. Carbonic nose with some phenolics, funky, earth, mild sulfur. Quite complex and floral with brett notes. Flavors are extremely dry, moderate acidic and moderately funky with phenolics that at times can lean in the direction of smoke. Overall nice apple character, and refreshing. Hugely carbonated, bone dry, mildly puckering, mild tannins. Very nice.
