For our first venture into the sour series we wanted it to be as thirst quenching as possible. Light red in colour and refreshing raspberry that strikes a nice balance between tarty fruit & smooth coconut.

Keg @ Beer Heroes, Chester. Pours hazed, pinkish colour, thin head. Fruit-filled nose, taste is crisp, pleasantly fruity, nice raspberry red berry shades, very light coconut presence with a decent sour edge. Fun, fruity sour.

Can from the brewery online shop. Pours hazy red with a pink-tinged head. Aromas are largely raspberry, light sharp sour and faint coconut. Taste is more of the same. Light sour linger.
