Straight outta the bottle. Aromas (as much as I could get, obviously) were floral notes, faint strawberry and lactic tartness. Taste is sour, lactic acid is present and something else that’s kinda sharp, perhaps citric, but more harsh than that. The fruits are rather vague, peach almost doesnt come through at all, there’s a floral hint to it tho, which I reckon is the hibiscus. Closes with a tart, floral and dry finish, has a light body and soft carbonation. Not terrible but also quite far from optimal.

Bottled 330ml. -Almost white coloured, minimal white head, faint strawberry nose. Light acidic strawberry taste without any peach. Dry finish, strong carbonation.

30/12/2023. Bottle shared at CLBF. From Boris, cheers! Pours clear very pale pinkish gold with a large frothy white head. Aroma is sweet strawberry, light peach, malt, citrus. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Light body, watery, a little fizzy. Very refreshing.

Pinkish, hazy pour with a small white head. Aromas and tastes of straberry and peach (not surprisingly), with a sour taste (Sauerkraut as mentioned below is a good description). Refreshing.

Spritziger, mild säuerlicher Beginn. Trocken nach Pfirsich, starke Karbonisierung, erfrischend. Süffig, Erdbeeren sind kaum erkennbar, konstante Aromatik. Gut. 6/9/9/7/9

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, pink-ish, faint golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Weak, fruity and minimally lactic aroma, hints of peach, strawberry, a touch of sauerkraut. Taste is tart, lactic, fruity, slightly tangy, minimally sugary, hints of peach and strawberry, a touch of strawberry, slight sherbet character, herbal overtones. Watery texture, dry and astringent palate, medium to coarse, lively carbonation. Nice composition but rather weak, almost anaemic, quite overcarbonated, fairly refreshing - OK.
