Bottle. Pours Black with a small beige head. Sweet maple, Tobacco, ashes and level of alcohol is felt. Warmth.

Very dark brown and oily with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have obvious maple notes but also wood, mocha, dark chocolate, raisins, dates and roasted coffee. The background earthiness of maple gives a nice roundness to the beer and the sweetness feels totally natural. Silky mouthfeel.

Bottle from Pivný raj Excellent sipper! Dominant sweetness of maple syrup. Full bodied, really sticky mouthfeel. Raisins, dark fruits, roasted flavors. Very, very nice. I have to buy some more for archiving.

Near black with a small beige head. Aroma of massive maple syrup, boozy bourbon like, vanilla, light oak and milk chocolate. A bit one dimensional but still tasty. Flavour is heavy sweet with some bitterness hidden behind. Light full bodied with alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation.

33cl can. A black beer with a tan head. Aroma of sweet and strong dark malt, vanilla, wood. Taste of sweet strong dark malt, chocolate, wood, vanilla. Nice!
