Bottle, 330 ml shared with Max. Pours black with light brown head. Nice hoppy aroma, citrus, fruit, roasted malts, chocolate, cocoa, bitter finish. Smooth. Medium bodied.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma color cappuccino fine persistemte, colore marrone scurissimo quasi nero, al naso subito caffè tabacco poi ben presenti sentori dei luppoli utilizzati, in bocca è cremosa malto tostato cioccolato fondente caffè liquirizia e frutta secca, corpo strutturato, oily, carbonazione piatta, acidula e astringente, amaro rilevante molto lungo nel finale. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dusty, oyster stout alike, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, grass, leather. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light heavy bitter with a long duration, leather, roasted, dark malt, chocolate, sweet malt, fruity hops - grass - wodd. Clear dark brown beer, big solid creamy beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very roasted, lots of tobacco, soy sauce, earthy, leather, some coffee, dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very roasted, very bitter, hoppy, some dried fruits, slightly sourish, soy sauce. Aftertaste: very bitter, roasted, hoppy, more soy sauce, toast, burned bread, some alcohol, bit sourish, coffee, very roasted, ashes and charcoal.

[5/12/2019] Draught sample at Taphouse in Copenhagen. Black, brown foam. Piney and fruity hops, a bit soapy, roast, some green hops, bitter finish.

Rocky brown head left a froth on a black oily body. Coffee, malt, bitter & riasted aroma. Medium bodied, a slight tingle on the front followed by creamy back. Bitter hops, lactose, berries, malt, caffeine, liquorice & burnt tas[es with a tangy citrus finish.
