Bottle from Beerdome. Sweet with an aroma of cocoa, some liquorice, sweet malt, caramel, chocolate, and a touch of coffee. Quite sweet with a medium body. Pleasant, could be more full.

Bottle. Dark brown pour. Aroma of creamy mocha coffee, chocolate, licorice, caramel, malt and a little smoke. Taste has bitter roasted malt, caramel, mocha coffee, chocolate, licorice, smoke, some umami soy and hopbitters in the finish. Nice robust porter, well done indeed.

33cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn. Pours close to pitch black with a rather modest, beige head. Roasty aroma with notes of dried fruits, licorice and a hint of smoke in the end. Medium sweet with medium flavour intensity and smooth and slightly bitter finish. Feels a bit thin, but quite enjoyable in the end. --- Beer merged from original tick of GUTTORMUR NR.66 on 24 Jul 2020 at 17:54 - Score: 8
