Hipster's gotta eat! We created this authentic German style hefeweizen with a yeast strain from probably the most iconic hefe beer out there. A perfect balance of aromatic clover and some smooth classic banana.

On tap at Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Fruity and wheaty with notes of not-so-ripe bananas and hints of yeast and cloves. (Keg at Sori Taproom, 20190510) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and sweetness. Palate was light bodied and watery with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, clove and bitterness. Aftertaste watery and bitter. A weak hefeweizen.
