Rated at Unknown venue. Lt. Stingy, roasty and stuffy with hints of chocolate, coffee and cocoa, very mild peppery notes. Not much chili.

KØLF 050221. Black color with a tan head. Aroma is chilli, chocolate. Flavor is chili, chocolate, coffee, spices. Nice beer.

Bottle. Dark brown, almost black body under a big, dense beige head. Aroma has dark malt, chili and smoked peppers. Taste is sweet, dark malt, chocolate, chili, spices and smoked peppers. Fine body and smooth aftertaste with the same flavors. A nice take on the original Must kuld with the spicy touch as the main difference. Still preferring the original.

Bottle. A dark reddish brown beer with a small dark beige head. Heavy aroma of roasted and lightly burnt malts, beef stock, dark chocolate and some tonka-ish, vanilla-ish notes. It’s lightly chili warming, full-bodied and semi-dry, with lots of dark chocolate and roasted malt flavor. Some beef stock and bonfire notes. Lasting finish. A pleasant one, but I prefer the regular version. 210205

Bottle from HavnensVin&Tobak. Pours opaque black with small brown head. Aroma is intense malt, roasted barley, rye bread and milk. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter, light acidic and faint salty. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet and bitter with notes of malt, rye, milk, cream, dark chocolate, mild chillies, soy sauce and salty liquorice. Very well balanced and smooth chilli porter with a nice subtle warmth from the chillies.

ABV: 7.8%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, fruity, orange, orange chocolate, light chili fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, chocolate, orange chocolate, cocoa, light chili fruit warm. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
