On tap at the brewpub. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is citrus, malt, coffee. Flavour is chocolate, hop, coffee, citrus, caramel. Full body. Very nice beer.

On tap @ the brewpub. Unclear reddish orange body with a creamy beige head. Aroma is mild malty with coffee and citric fruit. Flavor is quite sweet malty, mild coffee, some fruity bitterness and some caramel/toffee. Medium body and coffee in aftertaste. Quite nice, but I have sampled better versions of coffee ale.

Draught, sample glass at the brewpub. Filmy, fine lacing-layer at the top of a dark orange coloured body. Inviting aroma of coffee and chocolate. Mocha and coffee taste with underlying dark fruits. Lingering coffee ending, slightly roasted. Medium bodied. Nice (Oslo 21.06.2014).

Keg at Grunerlokka. Pours hazy amber, nose is creamy caramel, toffee, taste is dry roasted coffee, burnt toffee, biter.

On tap at Grünerløkka Brygghus, Oslo. Slightly hazy brown to amber with an off-white head. Lovely aroma of fresh coffee with malt and hints of caramel. Moderate sweet, nice coffee flavours and a balanced bitterness. Quite delicious! (2014-06-07)

Appearance: Cloudy brownish color with an off white head. Good lacing.
Aroma: Coffee and fruity!
Palate: Medium + body. Tad sweet and a fresh bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Fruity, bready, coffee and citric hoppy.
Overall impression: What….you just have to try this one. Really GOOD.

On tap at the brewpub. An unclear, amber colored beer with a creamy, fingerthick light beige head. The aroma has a lovely coffee touch, with some faint mocha hints, a little caramel and some citrus and pale malts. There’s a nice hoppy bitterness in the flavor, with that same lovely coffee and mocha found in the aroma. Caramel and citrus notes too. Full to medium body and a nice carbonation. Lasting finish. An easy drinkable and tasteful beer, the coffee blends in so nicely it just belongs there. 140501

Pours hazy amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, coffee, orange and citrus. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a coffee, caramel and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
