Waar zijn ze gebleven, de zware dominees? Die donkerrood aangelopen preekten over zonde en straf? Er zat weinig goeds aan een mens, we moesten het van boven hebben!
Maar deze Swiere Dûmny is met zijn tijd meegegaan: al het goeds erin komt van de aarde. Toch moet je nog steeds niet met hem spotten want het genieten van een Tripel vraagt nogal wat van lichaam en geest. Maar je krijgt er veel voor terug. Proost!

Bottle from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Sweet with an aroma of caramel, malt, strong spicy notes, yeast, candy sugar. Sugary and spicy Tripel, okay-ish, medium body. Not very memorable or how I like my Tripel.

Fles op vakantie gekocht, geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een amberkleurig bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een citrus achtige geur met tonen van appel. De smaak is moutig, kruidig en zacht caramel achtig.

Bottle, amber color. Caramel and dust in the nutty aroma and flavor. Toffee, floral, yeasty notes. Not very clean.

Sampled at THT March. Clear golden with lots of floaters and white head. Sweet malts, caramel, cheese, dead yeast, 💀, weird herbs, dust, cardboard, sugary. Quite sweet and just medium bitter. Almost full bodied.

THT March @ Kwartje HQ. Bottle. Thanks to ShivanDragon. Clear golden with thin white head. Sweet malts, sweaty shoe. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at THT March ‘19. Clear dark golden with a white head. Aroma of dirty dishwashing, soap, herbs, mould, dead yeast and garbage. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

bottle from de Smaaktovenaar´ Leeuwarden, clear copper-dark golden with a full off-white head, no head filling carbonation from the glass. Aroma of ditch water, caramel, butterscotch, nutty, earthy. Taste is smooth, soft, flat-soft carbonation, hay, malts, earthy, a bit nutty, as in the other beer from Tsjerkebier, some spicy yeast, some butter and diacetyl, lots of yeast, esthers, als this beer needs refinement.
