Flaske 330ml fra Vinmonopolet Trondheim - Bankkvartalet. Batch 52. Delt med djoeye & Rune i heimen 11 Feb 17. Gylden. Kjempehøyt kritthvitt skum som daler sakte - og med masse lyd! Aroma av grønne epler. Smaken vassne epler - men den overdøves uansett av kullsyra.

330ml bottle, batch 53, kindly shared by Finn. Noisy and foamy white head. Hazy golden body. Patchy lacing. Pale malts, yeast and apples skins to the nose. Prominent taste of green and red apples. Sweet and mid-tart to the ending. Foamy in the mouth. Drinkable (Session at Finn’s place with him and djoeye, Tromsø 11.02.2017).

11.10.2016, 0,33l bottle shared with friends @ local tasting:
Soft gusher. Big fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple cores, hay, minerals, light malts, flowers, grass, weeds. Taste is slightly sour-ish mineraly, sorrel, sour apples, grass, weeds, apple peel, metal tank, hay, paper. Medium bitterness, sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Boring.

33cl bottle at Hopyard - Mathallen, Oslo. Pours clear deep golden with a white head. Fruity aroma - apples all the way! Reminds me more of cider than beer, I guess the apples run the show, but it works. Nice and fresh apple flavour with a pleasant acidity, some sweetness, but quite balanced. Easy to drink, some malty notes get more noticeable when it gains temperature, but certainly an interesting and refreshing brew.
