Fra fat på Olympen. Svart. Middels høyt mokkafarget skum som daler sakte og etterlater teppeskum. Utmerket aroma av sukkertøy. Smaken er "Kongen av Danmark". God. Blir tørr etter hvert. Mangler variasjon.

On tap at Schouskjelleren Mikrobryggeri, Oslo. Very dark, close to pitch black, with a fairly modest, beige head. Surprisingly herbal and floral aroma, something reminds me of wormwood, then the more expected roasty notes with coffee and chocolate. Strange, but it grows, and it’s certainly bitter and powerful enough. Not completely convinced, but certainly interesting enough. --- Beer merged from original tick of Big Black on 14 Dec 2015 at 16:25 - Score: 6

Powerful and tasty evening sipper in the dungeon. One more please.
Pitch black stuff with a fine beige head. Ok lacing. Chocolate, pine, hoppy and coffee in the aroma with a good intensity. Full body and a soft carbonation. Oily texture. Some alcohol, chocolate, pine, resin, coffee and fruity.
