Rødbrun farge med lyst beige skum. Lukter malt og litt "julekrydder". Mild i smak og lettdrikkelig. Noe kryddersødme i avslutningen.

33cl bottle from Kiwi, Askim. Clear brown with a slightly reddish hue and a minimal off-white head. Lightly malty aroma with caramel and hints of fruits, roasted malt, hops and skunk. Less sweet than expected and with a pleasant bitterness. Not very exciting, but far from the worst Norwegian low alcohol Christmas beer.

Reddish amber colour with a smal white head. Light aroma, and a very light taste for a dark lager. And as an christmas beer, this is a complete waste. It did not help that I found this in the basement and used it as a penalty shoot out beer, when Spain and Portugal made it a long evening. Portugal lost .....blæh

Flaske 0,33l mottatt som gave fra Rune. Takker. Brun på farge. OK kremaktig skum. Søt maltpreget aroma. Uvariert svakt søtlig smak med antydning til røstet malt. Tørr & fruktig bitter ettersmak. Kjedelig.

The beer is still around, though it has not been reviewed for more than two years. I bought the 330ml bottle at Centra Colosseum in Oslo. The ABV is now 4.7% and it comes in a transparent bottle with quite a nice Yuletide label. There are, however, little improvements in aroma and flavour. Pours an initial huge, off-white head slowly fading atop of a clear, copper-brown coloured body. Faint lacing on the glass. Spare smell of slightly roasted malts. Modest taste of dry malts, partially ruined by an aftertaste of vegetables. Crisp and watered mouthfeel. Not impossible to drink (shared with Eva, Tromsø 16.12.2009).

Bottled. An amber beer with a thick off-white head. The aroma is primarily of brew mash and straw, but also with lighter notes of caramel and metal. The flavor is sweet malty with a boring metallic note and quite flat.
